Terms of Service for Bracketworks Analyst

1. Service Description

Bracketworks Analyst provides AI-powered analytics insights for Google Analytics 4 properties. You can ask questions in natural language and receive data-driven answers based on your GA4 data.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must have legitimate access to the GA4 properties you query
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your questions
• You must not abuse or overload the service
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service

3. Rate Limits

To ensure fair usage and service stability, we enforce the following limits:

• 30 queries per hour
• 5 queries per 2 minutes (burst protection)
• 50 queries lifetime (pilot phase - may be increased in the future)

If you exceed these limits, you will receive a rate limit error and must wait before making additional queries.

4. Disclaimers

• We provide insights based on GA4 data, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
• You are responsible for decisions made based on our insights
• We are not liable for any business losses resulting from use of our service
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

5. Intellectual Property

• Bracketworks Analyst and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bracket Works
• Your GA4 data remains your property - we only access it to provide the service
• You grant us permission to access your GA4 data solely for the purpose of providing analytics insights

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Abuse the service or exceed rate limits excessively
• Access data they do not have permission to view
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

You may terminate your account at any time by revoking access via your Google account settings or by emailing us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bracketworks Analyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (currently $0 during pilot phase)
• We are not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or other damages arising from use of the service

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the new terms on this page
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top
• Sending an email notification to registered users (when applicable)

Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of Bracketworks Analyst is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bracket Works operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
